On September 14, Hubei Province-based Chinese steel producer Wuhan Iron and Steel Co. (WISCO) inked a strategic cooperation agreement with Wuhan, Hubei-based Chinese car producer Dongfeng Motor Corporation Passenger Vehicle Company (DFPV).
